1. Product Return Policy

As our products are food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore, returns are not accepted for products that are delivered correctly and in good condition.

Returns or replacements will be considered only in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product has a confirmed quality issue

2. Reporting an Issue

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

• Order number
• Product details
• Photos/videos showing the issue and packaging condition

Our team will review the concern and provide the appropriate solution.

3. Replacement & Refund Process

After verification and approval:

• A replacement product may be provided,
  or
• Refund will be processed through the original payment method, as applicable

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking process.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

At Malabar Heritage Spices LLP, we directly source selected products through our farmer network, process them under controlled conditions, and ensure every pack reaches customers with the quality and authenticity our brand represents.

The parties hereby agree that the courts having competent jurisdiction at Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate and resolve any such disputes, and all legal proceedings shall be initiated and conducted only before the said jurisdiction.

Malabar Heritage Spices LLP reserves the right to amend or update this policy from time to time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
